We pick your wine up in a refrigerated van or box truck. If the wine is prepacked, we'll carefully load it in the truck. If not, we'll pack it in our custom-made wine boxes first. As we load the truck we do a box count, which you have an opportunity to verify before you sign the paperwork.

The truck is equipped to keep your cargo at 55 degrees in all four seasons. Back at the warehouse we will unload, do another box count, and then palletize the wine (including shrinkwrap). This keeps the wine more organized in the facility, and also keeps it safer if there's an interstate/freight component to your order.

From the local drivers to the warehouse staff to our freight team, everyone is trained in wine safety measures, and we exclusively handle wine. One case or a thousand bottles, it travels the same way: never rushed, temp controlled, and insured at full value with no deductible.
